Erica Fields

Born and raised in Calabasas, Erica is a true native of the West San Fernando Valley, giving her an insiders knowledge of the region known by only a few, one that serves as a real advantage for her clients. Erica began her career in real estate over 18 years ago, working as an associate with an award winning and top-producing realtor specializing in luxury home sales. It was there she learned the intricacies of selling multi-million dollar homes from early on. To expand her knowledge further, Erica also worked in the transactional side of the business as an escrow officer and with a prestigious law firm in the foreclosure and short sale divisions. With her deep-rooted knowledge of the region, years of sales experience in the luxury home market, and complex transactional background, Erica brings her clients a combination of experience and knowledge in real estate that is rarely found.

Erica resides in Walnut Acres in Woodland Hills with her husband, son, daughter and dog Bella. She cherishes being a mother and wife, and together with her husband, who is a Senior Vice President at Fox Sports where he’s been for 20 years, they’re involved parents who enjoy watching their daughter compete in gymnastics and their son play soccer. Erica is also very active in the surrounding communities, serving as a leading fund raiser for the LVUSD on top of her passionate commitment to multiple charities including the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation, and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Teaching her children about the importance of community and charitable involvement is a priority in Erica’s life. To excel in all of her goals, Erica lives a healthy lifestyle where she loves to cook, practice yoga, entertain guests in her home, and volunteer wherever she can make a difference as part of her passion for giving back and being of service to others. Finally and perhaps most notable is Erica’s vivacious personality and endless energy. Tiffany Cohen

To sell a home is to know how to market a home, and nobody knows sales or marketing better than Tiffany. A lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Tiffany honed her sales and marketing skills at some of the most widely recognized brands in publishing including Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Magazine and Modern Luxury Media. For over a decade she developed sales and marketing strategies for companies such as General Motors, Westfield Shopping Centers, MGM Properties & Resorts, Anheuseur-Busch and LVMH brands where she used print, social media, digital marketing and events to create her clients campaigns and engage their audience. She also has extensive experience in contracts and negotiations as she served in business and legal affairs at ABC/Touchstone Television.

As a result of her success in advertising and sales, Tiffany has an innate understanding of a seller’s urgency and a buyer’s specific needs. She is known in the industry for her creativity and cutting-edge marketing strategies that help Erica and Tiffany to achieve impressive sales results by selling their client’s homes faster and for more money.

Tiffany resides in Woodland Hills with her husband and two daughters. She has a passion for the design and history of homes and loves gardening and entertaining friends and family in her own home.  She is an avid sports enthusiast who grew up playing competitively and now enjoys watching her daughters on the soccer field.  Tiffany is passionate about education and is very active with fundraising and volunteering for the LVUSD school district.
